Law Agency "Absolute" Limited Liability Company's lawyers provide legal support in the field of registration and re-registration of mass media and registration of trade marks (brands) of goods and services with the bodies of the state service of intellectual property of Ukraine.
A private-individual client applied to the Law Agency to obtain a certificate of state registration of a print media. The specialists of the Law Agency have compiled an application, prepared the necessary package of documents, and held consultations with the staff of the Department of State Registration and Notary of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
As a result, the client received a certificate of state registration of the printed media within the time frame established by the current legislation.
